Visiting the Financial and Capital Market Commission’s Office
Any person may visit the Financial and Capital Market Commission in order to submit an application, complaint or proposal in person and receive a reply in point of fact. Visitors are admitted to the Financial and Capital Market Commission by prior appointment every working day during working hours (Tel.: (+371) 6 777 4800; fax: (+371) 6 722 5755; e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org).
Submission of applications to the Financial and Capital Market Commission
Any person may submit an application or notification to the Financial and Capital Market Commission as well as submit information inquiry or ask for reference.
The Financial and Capital Market Commission will respond to applications in accordance with the provisions of the Application Law and the Freedom of Information Law, as well as the applications subject to other processing procedure laid down by law within a reasonable period of time.
Electronic application submission to the Financial and Capital Market Commission
In accordance with the provisions of the Electronic Documents Law and considering that any person may receive electronic signature service, the Financial and Capital Market Commission advises all persons to make use of the opportunity and submit electronically signed documents to the Financial and Capital Market Commission.
All the electronic applications addressed to the Financial and Capital Market Commission (both the electronic documents signed with a secure electronic signature and having a timestamp and standard electronic documents) should be sent to the e-mail address email@example.com.
The Financial and Capital Market Commission accepts files in doc, xls, pdf, zip, ppt formats for electronic documents.
To send electronically to the Financial and Capital Market Commission documents that contain sensitive information and therefore their encrypting is required, please use the applications PGP or GnuPG .
Please use the public key of the Financial and Capital Market Commission to encrypt the electronic document (link to the key).
If you wish to verify authenticity of the file of attached key, you may send us your inquiry and we will send you the public key fingerprint, so that you can then compare it with the downloaded public key fingerprint .

In accordance with Article 2 (4) of the Application Law in reviewing an electronic application, which is not signed electronically with a secure electronic signature pursuant to the procedure as stated by the law, provisions of the Application Law are not applied. Such an application the Financial and Capital Market Commission will review pursuant to the established procedure and in compliance with the good management principle.
