To inform on the crowdfunding regulatory framework which will take effect from 10 November 2021, on 26 August the Financial and Capital Market Commission (FCMC) hold a webinar “Crowdfunding Regulation: goes live from 10 November”. During the webinar, the FCMC experts informed about the scope of the regulation, which will take effect from 10 November, the main requirements for the operation of crowdfunding platforms, technical standards and steps to be taken for the obtaining of licence in Latvia.
