On the JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka”

The Board of the Financial and Capital Market Commission (hereinafter – the Commission) during the 22.11.2011 meeting made the decision No 279, according to which the occurrence of unavailability of deposits was established at the AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” and decided:

1. To assign the joint stock “Latvijas Krājbanka” to repay part of guaranteed compensations up to LVL 50 per day to the clients (natural persons) of the joint stock company “Latvijas Krājbanka” who are authorized to receive guaranteed compensation in accordance with provisions of the Deposit Guarantee Law, based on information available in the accounting records of the JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” on the date of the occurrence of unavailability of deposits, by choice of JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” clients (natural persons):

1.1. starting from 23.11.2011, to withdraw in cash, ATMs of JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” pursuant to working hours of ATMs, using payment cards, pegged to payment accounts, and using social allowance cards;

1.2. starting from 24.11.2011 to withdraw in cash at the premises and client service centres of the JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” during their working hours.

2. To determine that no commission fee or any charges are applied to repayment of guaranteed compensations by the JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” for carrying out these activities.

3. To determine that the procedure for repayment of guaranteed compensations referred to in Paragraphs 1 and 2 hereof is effective until 26.11.2011 till midnight (00:00).

4. To decide on the repayment of remaining part of guaranteed compensations in accordance with terms provided for in the Deposit Guarantee Law.
