Bank of Lithuania paziņojums

With reference to the Article 6 of the Directive 98/26/EC on settlement finality (with later amendments), please be informed that on 16 January 2017 the Bank of Lithuania adopted decisions to recognize credit union Centro taupomoji kasa insolvent and to apply to the Vilnius County Court for opening bankruptcy procedures. After the Vilnius County Court adopts the ruling on the opening of bankruptcy case, the licence will be permanently revoked.
