Bulgārijas finanšu ministrijas paziņojums par Corporate Commercial Bank AD

Pursuant to Art. 6.2 and 6.3 of Directive 98/26/EC on settlement finality, hereby we notify you that the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Bulgaria was informed that on 22th of April, 2015 the Sofia City Court declared Corporate Commercial Bank AD in bankruptcy and closed it down.
