With reference to article 6 of directive 98/26/EC on settlement finality, as in force, please be informed that COOPERATIVE BANK OF PELOPONNESE COOP LTD is, as of today, December 18, 2015, 17:00 CET, under the resolution measures prescribed in Law 4335/2015, as currently in force, by virtue of :
1) The Decision of the European Central Bank (ECB/SSM/2015 – Cooperative Bank of Peloponnese Coop Ltd/1) as of 18.12.2015, according to which the license of COOPERATIVE BANK OF PELOPONNESE COOP LTD is revoked,
2) The Decision of the Credit and Insurance Committee of the Bank of Greece 173/18.12.2015, according to which COOPERATIVE BANK OF PELOPONNESE COOP LTD is placed under special liquidation and a special liquidator is appointed, and
3) The Decision of the Resolution Measures Committee 28/2/18.12.2015, according to which order is given to the Special Liquidator of COOPERATIVE BANK OF PELOPONNESE COOP LTD to transfer forthwith, i.e. with effect from December 18, 2015, to the credit institution by the name NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A. the COOPERATIVE BANK OF PELOPONNESE’s selected assets, liabilities, contractual relationships and property items.
