With reference to Article 6.2 of the Settlement Finality Directive 98/26/EC and Directive 2009/44/EC, we hereby notify you that the Croatian National Bank Council has received the Court decision on the opening of bankruptcy proceedings against Banka Splitsko-Dalmatinska d.d. Split. The bankruptcy proceedings have been opened on 1 st July 2016 at 14:00.
