With reference to Article 6.2 of the Settlement Finality Directive 98/26/EC, we hereby notify you that the Croatian National Bank has received the Court decision on the opening of bankruptcy proceedings against Tesla štedna banka d.d. Zagreb (ASBZHR22XXX). The bankruptcy proceedings have been opened on 30th March 2018 at 10:15.
