With reference to notification according to Article 6.2 of the Settlement Finality Directive 98/26/EC we would like to inform you that the Croatian National Bank Council on 21st February 2018 at 15:00 issued the Decision on the submission of a request to open bankruptcy proceedings against the Tesla štedna banka d.d. Zagreb.
