According to articles 6.5 (Withdrawal or lapse of authorization) and 6.6 (Application of reorganization measures and winding-up proceedings of an Insurance Undertaking) of Part IV of the General Protocol relating to the collaboration of the insurance supervisory authorities, we hereby inform you of the following Decision concerning the Greek insurance undertaking “INTERNATIONAL UNION INSURANCES S.A.”:
