Considering our notification on the suspension of the operations of AB Ukio bankas (BIC code UKIOLT2XXXX) on 12 February 2013 at 12.15 p.m., we would like to notify that on 2 May 2013 the Kaunas Regional Court made a ruling on the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings against AB Ukio bankas and appointment of bankruptcy administrator.
After this ruling made by the Kaunas Regional Court, the decision adopted on 18 February 2013 by the Resolution of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania No. 03-31 to permanently revoke the banking license of AB Ukio bankas has come into effect.
