With reference to the article 6 of directive 98/26/EC on settlement finality (with later amendments), please be informed that on 9 May 2013 at 3:25 p.m. the Bank of Lithuania took a decision to revoke permanently the license of the credit union “Laikinosios sostines kreditas”.
