With reference to article 6 of Directive 98/26/EC on settlement finality and to article 113 of the Luxembourg law of 10 November 2009 on payment services, on the activity of electronic money institution and settlement finality in payment and securities settlement systems as well as to our email dated 19/02/18, please be informed that on 09/03/2018 the District Court of Luxembourg decided the application of a suspension of payments proceeding of 6 months against ABLV Bank Luxembourg S.A.
