National Bank of Poland paziņojums

With reference to Article 6 of Directive 98/26/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 1998 on settlement finality in payment and securities settlement systems (OJ L 166, 11.06.1998, p.45), please be informed that on 17 January 2020 Narodowy Bank Polski received the decision of the Bank Guarantee Fund on suspension of the Podkarpacki Bank Spoldzielczy in Sanok, issued on the basis of Article 155 of the Act on the Bank Guarantee Fund, Deposit Guarantee Scheme and Resolution.
