With reference to article 6 of Directive 98/26/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 1998 on settlement finality in payment and securities settlement systems, please be informed that as of June 3rd 2019 the Polish District Court in Lodz issued a verdict announcing the insolvency of the Redwood Holding S.A. in Lodz.
