With reference to article 6 of Directive 98/26/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 1998 on settlement finality in payment and securities settlement systems, please be informed that as of July 12th 2019 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority has decided to suspend Bank Spoldzielczy in Grebow.
