With reference to article 6 of Directive 98/26/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 1998 on settlement finality in payment and securities settlement systems, please be informed that on November 21st 2017 the Distrcit Court of Gdansk-Polnoc in Gdansk declared the bankruptcy of the Spółdzielcza Kasa Oszczędnościowo-Kredytowa “Wybrzeże” in Gdansk (SKOK Wybrzeże).
