With reference to the article 6 of Directive 98/26/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 1998 on settlement finality in payment and securities settlement systems, please be informed that on October the 21th 2016 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority has decided about suspension of the Bank Spółdzielczy w Nadarzynie.
