“With reference to the article 6 of Directive 98/26/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 1998 on settlement finality in payment and securities settlement systems, please be informed that on May the 11th 2016 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority suspended the Spółdzielcza Kasa Oszczędnościowo – Kredytowa Arka (National Credit Union Arka).”
