With reference to article 6 of Directive 98/26/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 1998 on settlement finality in payment and securities settlement systems, please be informed that on May 12th 2017 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority issued a decision regarding the suspension of the Spółdzielcza Kasa Oszczędnościowo-Kredytowa „Twoja” w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu (Twoja SKOK).
