With reference to the article 6 of Directive 98/26/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 1998 on settlement finality in payment and securities settlement systems, please be informed that on the 30th Dec 2015 the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw declared bankruptcy of the Spółdzielczy Bank Rzemiosła i Rolnictwa w Wołominie (Cooperative Bank of Crafts and Agriculture in Wolomin).
