Bank of Lithuania paziņojums

With reference to the Article 6 of the Directive 98/26/EC on settlement finality (with later amendments), please be informed that on February 13, 2018 the Bank of Lithuania adopted decisions to recognize credit union Taupkasė insolvent and to apply to the Kaunas County Court for opening bankruptcy procedures. After the Kaunas County Court adopts the ruling on the opening of bankruptcy case, the licence will be permanently revoked.
