Considering our previous notification on August 10, 2017 on the suspension of operations of the credit union “Baltija” till October 6, 2017 as well as notification on August 21, 2017 on the suspension of the Namų credit union till 20 October 2017, we would like to notify that on September 25, 2017 the Bank of Lithuania adopted decisions to recognize credit union “Baltija” and Namų credit union insolvent and to apply to the Vilnius County Court for opening bankruptcy procedures for both credit unions. After the Vilnius County Court adopts rulings on the opening of bankruptcy cases, the licenses will be permanently revoked.
