“Saskaņā ar likumā (4021/2011), ar ko groza likumu (3601/2007) par kredītiestāžu darbības uzsākšanu un veikšanu, noteiktajām prasībām Grieķijas bankai Agricultural Bank of Greece S.A. no 27.jūlija plkst.18:00 (pēc Centrāleiropas laika) tiek piemēroti banku darbības noregulējuma pasākumi (resolution measures). Visas Agricultural Bank of Greece S.A. juridiskās attiecības, tiesības un pienākumi, kas attiecas uz tās dalību regulētajos tirgos, biržās, maksājumu, bezskaidras naudas un citās norēķinu sistēmās tiek nodotas Piraeus Bank SA., tai skaitā tiesības un pienākumi, kas izriet no minēto sistēmu rīkojumiem uz laika periodu, kamēr tiek pārvesti bankas aktīvi. Visi maksājumi no/uz bijušo Agricultural Bank of Greece S.A. kā iepriekš tiks veikti tajā pašā norēķinu kontā “GR2801000420000000000610020” caur BIC “ABGRGRAA”, kuru tagad pārņēmusi banka Piraeus Bank S.A.
Agricultural Bank of Greece SA licence ir anulēta un saskaņā ar noregulējuma kārtību (resolution procedure) attiecīgā juridiskā persona ir nodota likvidācijai.”
Agricultural Bank of Greece S.A. is, as of today, July 27, 2012, 18:00 CET, under the resolution measures prescribed in Law 3601/2007, as amended by Law 4021/2011. All legal relationships, rights and obligations of Agricultural Bank of Greece S.A., in the context of its participation in regulated markets, stock exchanges, payment, clearing and settlement systems are transferred to Piraeus Bank SA., including rights and obligations stemming from the instructions entered into the above-mentioned Systems until the moment of transfer of the bank’s assets. All payments from/to the former Agricultural Bank of Greece S.A. will continue to settle on the same settlement account “GR2801000420000000000610020” and through the same BIC “ABGRGRAA”, which are now transferred to the ownership of Piraeus Bank SA. The license of Agricultural Bank of Greece SA is revoked and, following the resolution procedure, the respective legal entity is put into liquidation.
