With reference to article 6 of Directive 98/26/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 1998 on settlement finality in payment and securities settlement systems, please be informed that on the 22nd of February 2019 the District Court in Cracow issued a decision regarding the finishing bankruptcy proceedings of the Bank Spółdzielczy in Raciechowice.
