“With reference to the article 6 of Directive 98/26/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 1998 on settlement finality in payment and securities settlement systems, please be informed that on May the 31th 2016 the District Court has decided about insolvency of the Spółdzielcza Kasa Oszczędnościowo – Kredytowa Kujawiak (National Credit Union Kujawiak we Włocławku), and on June the 2 2016 has decided as well about insolvency of the Spółdzielcza Kasa Oszczędnościowo – Kredytowa Jowisz (National Credit Union Jowisz w Czeladzi)”.
