With reference to the article 6 of Directive 98/26/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 1998 on settlement finality in payment and securities settlement systems, please be informed that on the 11th Feb 2016 the Local Court for the city of Frankfurt/Main, Germany, handed down its decision of opening of insolvency proceedings of the Maple Bank GmbH, Frankfurt/Main.
